Our pork tenderloin is a lean cut of meat, perfect for midweek eating as it cooks fast and is very tender to eat. Add it to stir fry, make a batch of stroganoff or roast it stuffed with breadcrumbs and herbs, wrapped in Parma ham. Delicious!
