Perfect for quick grilling, frying and barbequing. Our lamb cutlets are dry aged for a minimum of seven days to intensify the flavour and improve tenderness. We like to source our lamb from our neighbour, Richard Slatter at Woodhills Farm, Todenham.

Priced per cutlet. We recommend 2-3 cutlets per person.
