Our pork and black pudding sausages are made by mincing select cuts of our rare breed pork and mixing with Bury Black pudding and a unique blend of herbs, spices and rusk. Sausages are made by hand and only natural skins are used.
They contain a minimum of 82% Free Range Pork.
Sausages are made fresh to order so they reach you in optimum condition and can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
We can make them gluten free if needed.
Prices are per KG with approximately 12 sausages per KG.
