Our pigs in blankets are made from mincing select cuts of our rare breed pork and blending with herbs, spices and rusk. The meat is then stuffed into natural skins by one of our master butchers. Once they have dried a bit we then wrap our dry cured bacon around them creating the perfect accompainment to any roast or as a canape for special events.
Pigs in blankets can be made with either cocktail or chipolata sausages.
