Our Lamb Merguez sausages are made by mincing prime cuts of Cotswold Lamb and blending with our tried and trusted blend of spices.
We only use natural skins and all sausages are made fresh so they reach you in peak condition. They can be frozen for up to 3 months.
These sausages are fantastic on the barbecue but work equally work well in a casseolet or with a spoon of creamy mash.
Price is per Kg with approximately 26-30 Sausages per Kg.
