Traditionally reared pork

At the farm we breed Middle White, Saddleback and Gloucester Old Spot pigs.

 

They are traditionally reared in our woodland where they are free to root and forage. The pigs are allowed to grow slowly which allows the meat to develop a superior flavour and quality which, in turn, produces delicious cuts of pork.

 

Our sausages are made to our own recipe with 85% pork, rusk and freshly ground spices.
