Traditionally reared pedigree beef

We breed and rear pedigree South Devon cattle. They are a traditional native breed producing the most delicious tender and lightly marbled beef.

 

We are very lucky to have an abattoir just three miles away from us and the meat then returns to our own butchery where the beef is hung for a minimum of 28 days or as requested.

 

Jim our butcher, can then prepare the meat to your specific requirements.
